Amanda Kirwan, a native of Pensacola Florida, attended Florida State University to pursue a B.S in Technical Management and has a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has been with Carimi Constructions since 2020. Amanda has over 15 years of experience in property management, construction, and real estate development accounting. Her background includes her previous position as Chief Financial Officer for Clemente Development Company LLC based in Tyson’s VA allowing her to be a part of the specialized team that rezoned over 3 million square feet of mixed-use space on the outskirts of Washington, DC. Amanda’s construction and real estate development knowledge make her a valuable asset to the Carimi team. Amanda manages all of Carimi’s accounting and financial operations.
