Historical renovation on a blue rated structure in the Vieux Carre on St. Peters one block off Bourbon Street. Built out the restaurant and bar to expand the Fat Boys Pizza brand bringing the world’s biggest slice to the French Quarter. This project featured a complex mechanical renovation.
